Dealing in securities by directors and associates of directors
Octodec linked unitholders are referred to the renounceable rights offer that closed on Friday,
17 August 2012 (the “rights offer”) and are advised that directors of the Company and their
associates followed their rights, and applied for excess applications in respect of the rights
offer, in their capacity as linked unitholders in Octodec. In addition, certain directors and their
associates renounced their rights in favour of named renouncees.
In this regard, and in compliance with rule 3.63 – 3.65 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the
following information is disclosed relating to the dealing in securities by directors and their
associates.
Non-Executive Chairman, S Wapnick and Managing Director, JP Wapnick and their named
associates renounced their rights in terms of the rights offer, in favour of named associates,
on 20 August 2012. Information regarding these renunciations is provided below.
