NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

No change statement
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements and
notice of annual general meeting in respect of Avusa’s year ended
31 March 2012 will be distributed to shareholders today, 22 August
2012 and contain no modifications to the audited results which
were published on SENS on 21 June 2012.

In addition, shareholders are advised that Avusa’s 2012 integrated
annual report is available for viewing and downloading on Avusa’s
website at www.avusa.co.za. Hard copies of the report are also
available on request from Avusa’s company secretary.

Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the fourth annual general meeting of
Avusa shareholders will be held on Friday, 21 September 2012, in
the auditorium on the ground floor of the Company’s offices, 4
Biermann Avenue, Rosebank, Johannesburg at 10:00 to transact the
business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting.
