DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MNP SHARE INSTALMENT

Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MONDI PLC and that as a result of the
dividend declaration relating to MONDI PLC (MNP) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a dividend amount of 90.44358 cents per MNPNIG share instalment that is payable on
Tuesday, 18 September 2012.
The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 percent. No STC credits were utilized. This results in a net
dividend of 76.87704 cents per share instalment. The payment will be rounded to two decimal
places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 17 August 2012. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 20 August 2012. The record date will be Friday, 24 August 2012.
