TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, companies are required to publish a trading
statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that the financial results for the period to be reported
on will differ by more than 20% from the previous corresponding period.
Accordingly, a review of the financial results for the year ending 30 June 2012 by management has
indicated that the loss per share is expected to increase by more than 20% when compared to the previous
corresponding period. At this time, William Tell is unable to quantify, with reasonable certainty, the expected
headline loss per share (“HLPS”) or loss per share (“LPS”) for the period to be reported on. A further trading
statement will be published once the Company has more certainty with regards to its financial results for the
year ending 30 June 2012.
William Tell’s financial results are expected to be released on SENS on or about 30 September 2012.
