                            CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS



In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
William Tell (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Desmond Morgan, the executive Financial
Director, has resigned with effect from 31 July 2012.

The Board thanks Mr Morgan for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.

Until such time that the Company appoints a new Financial Director, Mr Marius van der Westhuizen,
(CA(SA)), the financial manager, is fulfilling the requisite functions. Shareholders will be updated in due
course.
