alternate director for Mr Ming Liao.

Mr Li, age 48, is chairman of Baiyin Nonferrous Group Co. Limited and
started his career in Baiyin in 1986 after graduating from XI’AN
Metallurgy and Architecture University. Mr Li was previously the CEO of
the Baiyin Nonferrous Metal Company.
