RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The annual general meeting of Invicta shareholders was
held on Tuesday, 14 August 2012. All the ordinary and
special resolutions were approved by the requisite
majority of shareholders. The special resolutions will be
filed with the Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission in due course.
