VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT: TRADING UPDATE FOR THE FIRST QUARTER ENDED 30
JUNE 2012

The Board of directors of Trustco is pleased to provide the now
customary voluntary trading update in respect of the financial quarter
ending 30 June 2012.

Group revenue increased 8% to NAD 159.9 million (June 2011: NAD 147.4
million) with earnings for the period having increased by 21% to NAD
15.5 million (June 2011: NAD 12.8 million).
Basic earnings per share increased 19% to NAD 2.25 cps, up from NAD
1.89 cps. Headline earnings increased by 20% to NAD 15.4 million,
whilst headline earnings per share increased by 18% to NAD 2.24 cps up
from NAD 1.90 cps.

The results have been achieved on the back of strong organic growth
experienced in the Group’s core businesses and in the current markets
of operation.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has
not been reviewed or reported on by the Group’s auditors.
