Cashbuild adopts the retail calendar, which comprises the reporting period ending on the last Saturday of the month. Despite the competitive trading environment, gross profit margins continued to edge higher during the fourth quarter and are at levels higher than those experienced during the first half. Selling price inflation was around 3% at the end of June 2012 when compared to June 2011.
