Shareholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 29 February
2012 posted on 6 August 2012 are unchanged from the reviewed condensed consolidated results which
were released on SENS on 15 May 2012.


Notice is hereby that the annual general meeting of Stefanutti Stocks will be held at the company’s
offices, No 9 Palala Street, Protec Park, Cnr Zuurfontein Avenue & Oranjerivier Drive, Kempton Park on
Friday, 7 September 2012 at 12:00. The notice of annual general meeting is issued with the annual
report, which contains the audited annual financial statements of Stefanutti Stocks for the year ended 29
February 2012.
