RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY


In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, RBA’s shareholders are hereby notified of the following change:

Shareholders are advised that Mrs Kirsten Linstrom has resigned as company
secretary with effect from 3 August 2012. The Board thanks her for her
contribution over the last four and half years and wishes her well in her
future endeavours.

Shareholders will be informed of the appointment of a new company secretary in
due course.
