Holdings Limited (“Hlumisa”), ABIL’s black equity ownership
programme. The purchases represent an indirect investment in
ABIL. Hlumisa currently holds 20.3 million ABIL ordinary
shares, representing 2.5% of ABIL’s ordinary share capital.
