DBSA board announces new CFO

The DBSA Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms.
Kameshni Naidoo, as the new Chief Financial Officer. She will
commence in her new position in September 2012.

Ms. Naidoo started her career at Ernest and Young Consulting
where she progressed to the level of an Audit Manager. She then
moved to join Transnet Limited as a Group Reporting Manager
before joining National Treasury as a Chief Director of National
Accounts. At the end of her tenure at the National Treasury, she
was seconded as a Chief Financial Officer for the Gauteng
Department of Community Safety.

From there she joined the Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority (TCTA)
as Head of Finance responsible for multi-billion rands worth of
water projects. Ms Naidoo also worked as a CFO for the Public
Investment Corporation (PIC) and as an Evaluations Committee
member, she was co-responsible for the evaluations of all
unlisted investments worth almost R30 billion. Whilst at the
PIC, she was also a Director of Harith Fund Managers, a public
investment fund with a number of infrastructure projects in its
portfolio.

Ms. Naidoo is currently the Chief Financial Officer for PRASA
Corporate Real Estate Solutions, a division of the Passenger
Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA).

She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and also holds a Post
Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Kwa-Zulu
Natal.
