CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS



In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Brikor’s shareholders are hereby notified of the following changes to
the board of directors of Brikor.

Mr Rynhardt van Rooyen has resigned as Independent Non-Executive Chairman of
the board with effect from 1 August 2012. The board of Brikor would like to
thank Mr Rynhardt van Rooyen for his significant contributions over the last
19 months and wish him well in his future endeavours.
