                 Uranium One to Host Q2 2012 Results Conference Call

Toronto, Ontario – Uranium One Inc. (“Uranium One”) announced today that it will release its
second quarter 2012 results after market close in Toronto on Monday, August 13, 2012.
Uranium One has also scheduled a conference call and webcast for investors and analysts at
10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on Tuesday, August 14, 2012.
