GEN - General - Request for comment on amendments to the JSE Listings Requirements

It is proposed that the JSE Listings Requirements be amended so as to require Companies providing
documentation which need to be submitted to the JSE to do so in electronic format only.

In light of the proposed amendments the JSE invites comment from the market to be submitted to
ruano@jse.co.za by 30 August 2012. The proposed amendments are available for review on request at the JSE
as well as the JSE website (www.jse.co.za) under the Announcement section.
