CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


In terms of paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE, it is 

with great sadness that the board of directors of Wearne announces the 

untimely death of Clara Ramushu, a non-executive director of Wearne. 


The board would like to extend its condolences to her family.
