Notice is hereby given of the delisting of NB ANGLO STUB (NBAGL3) and that as a result of the
expiry of the note, the NEDBANK ANGLO STUB (NBAGL3) delisted on Friday, 20 July 2012. The
NBAGL 3 expired at 91.58 ZAR on 20 July 2012

The payment date will be Friday, 27 July 2012.
