NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of
Annuity's unitholders will be held at Sasfin Head Office, 29 Scott
Street, Waverley, Johannesburg, 2090 on Wednesday, 29 August 2012
at 15:00 to transact the business as stated in the annual general
meeting notice forming part of the annual financial statements.
The condensed annual financial statements were distributed to
unitholders yesterday, 16 July 2012, and the full annual report is
available on the Company's website at:
www.annuityproperties.co.za.
Salient dates
The notice of the Company's annual general meeting has been sent
to its unitholders who were recorded as such in the Company's
securities register on 6 July 2012 being the notice record date
used to determine which unitholders are entitled to receive notice
of the annual general meeting.
The record date on which unitholders of the Company must be
registered as such in the Company's securities register in order
to attend and vote at the annual general meeting is 17 August
2012, being the voting record date used to determine which
unitholders are entitled to attend and vote at the annual general
meeting. The last day to trade in order to be entitled to vote at
the annual general meeting will therefore be 10 August 2012.
Proxy forms must be lodged by no later than 15h00 on 24 August
2012. Any forms of proxy not lodged by this time must be handed to
the chairperson of the annual general meeting immediately prior to
the annual general meeting.
