REVISED PROXY FORM


Shareholders are advised that the proxy form, attached to the notice of annual general
meeting to be held at 10:00 on Tuesday, 31 July 2012 (notice of annual general
meeting), and sent to MICROmega shareholders with MICROmegas annual

integrated report on 27 June 2012, erroneously omitted reference to, and thus the ability
of a shareholder to indicate how he wishes his proxy to vote on, ordinary resolution
number 8, which is included in the notice of annual general meeting.

Accordingly, a copy of the revised proxy form 


     including reference to ordinary resolution number 8 under the relevant section
      thereof in which a shareholder indicates how and in respect of what number of
      shares he wishes his proxy to vote; and

     distinguishing special resolution number 3 into two component parts, in line with
      the notice of annual general meeting, also under the relevant section thereof in
      which a shareholder indicates how and in respect of what number of shares he
      wishes his proxy to vote,


together with this SENS announcement will be posted to MICROmega shareholders on
Monday, 16 July 2012.


The revised proxy form is also available on the MICROmega website;

www.micromega.co.za, and from the offices of the company at 66 Park Lane, Sandton,
2196, Johannesburg.


The board of the company wishes to apologise to its shareholders for any
inconvenience caused.
