UPDATE TO THE MANDATORY OFFER 


Further to the SENS announcement released on 4 June 2012, where shareholders were advised that the 
payment of the mandatory offer consideration had been delayed. The Company wishes to advise 
shareholders that the process of settlement of the mandatory offer consideration has been 
initiated. 


Settlement of the mandatory offer consideration will commence pro-rata on 20 July 2012 with full 
and final settlement expected by the latest 30 August 2012. Further announcements will be released regarding this 
in due course.
