TRADING STATEMENT


In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited
(JSE), companies are required to publish a trading statement
as soon as they become reasonably certain that the financial
results for the period to be reported on next, will differ by
more than 20% from those of the previous corresponding period.
As previously reported, shareholders are hereby reminded that
the Company changed its financial year-end from February to
May and accordingly the financial results for the period ended
31 May 2012 will be for a 15 month period. As a result of the
change in year-end the financial results for the 15 months
ended 31 May 2012 will not be directly comparable to those of the 12 months ended 28 February 2011.
Following the above, shareholders are hereby advised that the
earnings per share for the 15 months ended 31 May 2012 is
expected to be between 44.0 cents and 55.0 cents. Headline
earnings per share is expected to be between 62 cents and 68 cents for the same period.
The information contained in this trading statement has not
been reviewed or reported on by the Company's external
auditors. IQuad expects to release its financial results for
