In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
PSV (the Board) hereby notifies its shareholders that due to an increase in personal professional
commitments, Ms Portia Molefe has resigned as an independent non-executive director with immediate
effect.


The Board thanks Portia for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
