RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS


Shareholders are referred to the joint announcements by CVI

and Capevin Holdings Limited (Capevin Holdings) on SENS on

4 April 2012 and 8 June 2012 regarding the proposed scheme

of arrangement between CVI and its shareholders in terms of

which Capevin Holdings will acquire all the ordinary shares

in CVI, not already held by Capevin Holdings (Scheme).


Shareholders are further referred to CVIs circular to

shareholders dated 8 June 2012, setting out the particulars
of the Scheme (Circular).


Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of CVI
shareholders held today, 10 July 2012, the special

resolution, as more fully set out in the notice of general

meeting of CVI shareholders included in the Circular, was

passed by the requisite majority of shareholders present and
represented by proxy.


Shareholders are referred to the important dates and times

section of the Circular and to the timetable set out in the

abovementioned SENS announcement on 8 June 2012, which set

out the remaining important dates and times relating to the
Scheme.
