been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Group as a Non-
executive Director, effective 5 July 2012.


Further to the announcement regarding the Resignation of Company

Secretary released on 23 August 2011, in pursuance of paragraph

3.59(a), shareholders are advised that Mrs. MA Gebhardt has been
appointed Company Secretary.
