Unitholders are advised that Synergy has received a notice of disclosure of disposal 
of securities in terms of section 122 of the Companies Act 2008, and Regulation 121 
of the Companies Regulations, 2011, to the effect that Regarding Capital Management 
(Pty) Limited, on behalf of various clients, has disposed of its beneficial interest 
in SGB securities.
