Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Index Warrants (Autocalls), hereby notifies holders of their automatic option expiry which occurred on 02 July 2012 (see the related securities above).
On 02 July 2012 (the Valuation and Exercise Date), the Index Level was 1365.51, therefore the Autocalls automatically exercise and expire on the 03 July 2012, and the Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount determined as follows: Reference Amount x 107.50% x CCF Reference Amount = 756.00/ 6.75 CCF = 8.1275
The Cash Settlement Amount per Autocall held on 02 July 2012will automatically accrue to the holder via instruction through STRATE.
Holders who elect to receive the Cash Settlement Amount will receive R978.55 on 10 July 2012 for every warrant held.
Holders may also elect not to receive the Cash Settlement Amount and to receive the new S&P 500 linked Warrants to th be listed before the 26 July 2012.
