Shareholders are advised that the annual report for the year ended 31 December 2011, was dispatched 
to shareholders on the 2nd July 2012 and contains no modifications to the audited results published on 
SENS on the 30th March 2012. 


Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of IFCA will be held at the 
Atrium, JSE Limited, Gwen Lane, Sandton, Johannesburg at 10:00 on Tuesday the 24th of July 2012 to 
transact the business stated in the notice of the annual general meeting, which is contained in the 
annual report.
