MUTUAL TERMINATION OF THE PROPOSED ACQUISITION BY FOUNTAINHEAD OF ACCESS PARK
1. INTRODUCTION
Unitholders are referred to the announcement published on the Securities Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited (JSE) on Wednesday, 25 January 2011 (the January 2011 Announcement) relating to the proposed acquisition by Fountainhead of Access Park, namely erf 142906 Cape Town at Claremont in extent of 38,421sqm`s and erf 144388 Cape Town at Claremont in extent of 5,353sqm`s (the Proposed Transaction). 2. MUTUAL TERMINATION OF PROPOSED TRANSACTION

Unitholders are referred to the conditions precedent (Conditions Precedent) as set out in the January 2011 Announcement and are advised that due to the Conditions Precedent not having been fulfilled within the required time periods, the Proposed Transaction has been mutually terminated.
