RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                               
The board of directors advise that, at the Annual General Meeting of            
shareholders held at the offices of the company on 29 June 2012, all the        
ordinary resolutions as set out in the notice of Annual General Meeting         
contained in the company`s 2011 Annual Report, were duly passed by the          
requisite majority votes.                                                       
The special resolutions, authorising a general authority to repurchase          
the company`s shares, financial assistance to related and inter-related         
companies and their directors and officers and the adoption of a                
Memorandum of Incorporation, were similarly adopted, and will be lodged         
with CIPC for registration.
