RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING                                                      
Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of SecureData held on     
Friday, 29 June 2012, convened in terms of the notice of general meeting        
contained in the circular to shareholders dated 1 June 2012, the resolutions    
necessary to approve and implement the disposal to SDH Bidco Limited by         
SecureData of its 80.8% interest in the share capital of, and all the A Loan    
Stock and B Loan Stock issued to it by, SDH UK Limited, for the SecureData      
Consideration, being GBP14 504 007 ("SDH UK Disposal"), were passed by the      
requisite majority of shareholders.                                             
Accordingly, the last remaining condition precedent to the SDH UK Disposal,     
being the approval by a majority of SecureData shareholders at the general      
meeting, has now been fulfilled and the SDH UK Disposal has become              
unconditional.
