contain no modifications to the audited results which were released on SENS on 1
June 2012.                                                                      
Posting of notice of the annual general meeting                                 
Notice is hereby given that the 32nd annual general meeting of Trans Hex        
shareholders will be held at 10:00 on Wednesday  8 August 2012 at 405           
Voortrekker Road, Parow to transact the business as stated in the annual general
meeting notice being mailed to shareholders on 29 June 2012 and available on the
Company`s website from that date.                                               
Record dates                                                                    
The notice of annual general meeting will be posted to shareholders of the      
Company who were recorded as such in the Company`s securities register on       
Friday, 22 June 2012.                                                           
The date on which shareholders of the Company must be recorded as such in the   
Company`s securities register in order to attend and vote at the annual general 
meeting is Friday, 3 August 2012. The last day to trade in order to be entitled 
to vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 27 July 2012.  Proxy Forms must
be lodged by no later than 10:00 on Monday,                                     
6 August 2012.
