BEG - Beige Holdings Limited - Updated trading statement BEIGE HOLDINGS LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 1997/006871/06) ("Beige" or "the company") ISIN Code: ZAE000034161 Share code: BEG UPDATED TRADING STATEMENT Shareholders are referred to the trading statement released on SENS on 20 June 2012 wherein it was announced that the basic and headline earnings per share for the year ended 31 March 2012 are expected to be more than 20% lower than the prior period. Beige is now in a position to advise that it expects earnings per share to be between 285% and 300% lower and headline earnings to be between 65% and 75% lower than for the year ended 31 March 2011. The large decline in earnings per share is primarily associated with the board`s decision to impair the intangible asset in relation to one of its investments. The reviewed results for the year ended 31 March 2012 will be released on SENS on or about 29 June 2012. The information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
