Beige is now in a position to advise that it expects earnings per share to be between 285% and 300% lower and headline earnings to be between 65% and 75% lower than for the year ended 31 March 2011. The large decline in earnings per share is primarily associated with the board`s decision to impair the intangible asset in relation to one of its investments. The reviewed results for the year ended 31 March 2012 will be released on SENS on or about 29 June 2012.
