AHL - AH-Vest Limited - Further trading statement AH-VEST LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 1989/000100/06) Share code: AHL ISIN code: ZAE000129177 FURTHER TRADING STATEMENT In terms of paragraph 3.4(b)(i) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, listed companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that the financial results for the next period to be reported on will be more than 20% different from those of the previous corresponding period or from a profit forecast previously provided to the market in relation to such period. Further to the trading statement issued on 23 March 2012, the board is pleased to advise that the company will report an improvement in the expected range from that previously announced and accordingly expects an improvement of between 245% and 265% on the prior year earnings per share and headline earnings per share for the year ending 31 March 2012. The financial information, on which this trading statement is based, has not been reviewed by the company`s auditors.
