Pursuant to paragraph 3.22 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE, shareholders
are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March    
2012 are being distributed to shareholders on 19 June 2012, and contain no      
modifications to the results included in the Audited Group Results which were   
released on SENS on 28 May 2012.

Notice is hereby given that the 97th annual general meeting of the shareholders 
of the company ("shareholders") will be held at its registered office at Illovo 
Sugar Park, 1 Montgomery Drive, Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal on Wednesday, 18 
July 2012 at 13:00, to transact the business as stated in the notice of Annual  
General Meeting posted to shareholders on 19 June 2012.
