ABLNIF - Nedbank - Dividend distribution announcement in relation to the ABL share instalment Nedbank Share Code: ABLNIF ISIN: ZAE000161618 DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ABL SHARE INSTALMENT Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for AFRICAN BANK INVESTMENTS and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to AFRICAN BANK INVESTMENTS (ABL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 85 cents per ABLNIF share instalment that is payable on Monday, 18 June 2012. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 percent. No STC credit utilized. This results in a net dividend of 72.25 cents per share instalment. The payment will be rounded to two decimal places. The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 08 June 2012. The Share Instalment will commence trading ex-dividend from Monday, 11 June 2012. The record date will be Friday, 15 June 2012.
