POSTING OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING        
In compliance with Section 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,       
shareholders are advised that further to Adcorp`s audited group financial       
statements for the year ended 29 February 2012 released on SENS on Tuesday 22   
May 2012 (published annual results), the Integrated Annual Report was posted    
to shareholders today and contain no modification to the published annual       
results.                                                                        
The group financial results were audited by the Company`s independent           
auditors, Deloitte & Touche.  A copy of their unmodified audit report is        
available for inspection at the Company`s registered office, 28 Sloane          
Street, Bryanston.                                                              
The Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company, will be held     
at Adcorp, Block A, 28 on Sloane Street, Sloane Street, Bryanston,              
Johannesburg on Monday 9 July 2012 at 08h00, to transact the business as        
stated in the notice of Annual General Meeting forming part of the Integrated   
Annual Report.
