Further to the SENS announcement, dated 10 May 2012, relating to a change to the
intended date of publication of the audited results for the year ended 29       
February 2012 ("Results"), Sanyati shareholders are advised that management is  
in the process of finalising the Results and that they will be published in due 
course.
