ANA - Adrenna Property Group Limited - Trading Statement ADRENNA PROPERTY GROUP LIMITED (Formerly Colliers South Africa Holdings Limited) (Registration Number 1998/012245/06) Share code: ANA ISIN:ZAE000163580 ("the Group" or "Adrenna" ) TRADING STATEMENT In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, a listed company is required to publish a trading statement as soon as it is satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be reported upon next will differ, by at least 20%, from those of the previous corresponding period. Shareholders are advised that the group`s headline earnings per share (exclusive of the entities disposed of) for the year ended 29th February 2012 are expected to be 140% to 145% better than the headline loss per share for the previous year. Earnings per share (excluding the entities disposed of) are expected to be 1120% to 1125% higher than the earnings per share for the previous year. This is primarily due to the disposal of the non-core loss making entities. The final announcement of the results for the year ended 29th February 2012 will be released on the 31st May 2012.
