As a result, SA Fire House Limited holds 84.05% of the voting rights in the Company. CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS Pieter Cornelius Rorich, a representative of Royal Bafokeng Finance (Pty) Ltd has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 25 May 2012.
