The notice of extraordinary meeting will be posted to shareholders on or about 24 May 2012. Salient dates Accordingly the salient dates in respect of the extraordinary meeting are as follows: Record date to determine which shareholders are Friday, 18 May 2012 entitled to receive the notice of extraordinary meeting Last day to trade in order to be eligible to Friday, 8 June 2012 attend and vote at the extraordinary meeting Record date to determine which shareholders are Friday, 15 June 2012 entitled to attend and vote at the extraordinary meeting Forms of proxy for the extraordinary meeting to Wednesday, 20 June 2012 be lodged by 11:30 on Shareholders are referred to the following extract from the notice of extraordinary meeting: Financial outlook Shareholders will have observed that the trading volumes in some of our markets during first quarter 2012 were down. This may lead to lower revenue levels for the Company but the Board is unable to give guidance on this given the variable nature of trading volumes.
