BCK - Blackstar Group SE - Completion of migration to Malta Blackstar Group SE Previously Blackstar Group PLC (Incorporated in England and Wales) (Company number SE 30) (registered as an external company with limited liability in the Republic of South Africa under registration number 2011/008274/10 Share code: BCK ISIN: GB00B0W3NL87 ("Blackstar" or "the Company") COMPLETION OF MIGRATION TO MALTA The Company is pleased to announce that the transfer of the Company`s: 1. registered office from the United Kingdom to Malta; 2. tax residency from Luxembourg to Malta; and 3. the consequential change to the Company`s ISIN from GB00B0W3NL87 to MT0000620105 (together the "Transfer"), have been completed. Due to the Transfer, and in accordance with the AIM Rules, the Company has this morning had its AIM admission cancelled and its shares then immediately readmitted to AIM with the new ISIN. Accordingly, shareholders who held their shares in the Company in CREST should have had their CREST account credited with new depository interests representing shares in the Company under the ISIN MT0000620105. Similarly, shareholders who held their shares in the Company on the JSE should have had their CSDP/broker accounts credited with new dematerialised shares in the Company under the ISIN MT0000620105.
