Mr Pell has extensive experience in the construction industry in South Africa and internationally, including on the African continent and the Middle East. During his career over the past 33 years he has held senior executive positions at Murray & Roberts, Stocks Building Africa where he was CEO and subsequently executive director of Stefanutti Stocks. His executive responsibilities at Aveng will include managing Strategic Group initiatives, Continuous Improvement and Project Assurance.
