Shareholders of Buildmax are referred to the SENS announcement dated 4 May 2012 
with regards to the appointment of a new in-house company secretary. For        
clarification purposes, shareholders are advised that the previous external     
company that provided company secretarial services, Probity Business Services   
(Pty) Limited, are still involved with Buildmax for a hand-over period of three 
months.
