RIN - Redefine Properties International Limited - Issue of linked units Redefine Properties International Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 2010/009284/06) JSE share code: RIN ISIN Code: ZAE000149282 ("RIN" or "the company") ISSUE OF LINKED UNITS Linked unitholders are advised that the company has, pursuant to a vendor consideration placing, raised a total of R49.5 million through the issue of 10,000,000 new linked units ("vendor consideration units") at an issue price of R4.95 per linked unit, being a 10% discount to the 30 business day volume weighted average traded price prior to the date that the vendor consideration placing was approved by the directors of RIN. The total proceeds were utilised by RIN to subscribe for 10,000,000 ordinary shares in Redefine International P.L.C., its London Stock Exchange-listed subsidiary as announced on SENS on 3 May 2012. The vendor consideration units were issued and commenced trading on the JSE with effect from today, 11 May 2012 and will rank pari passu with existing RIN linked units in issue.
