Gawie joined the Corporate Finance Division of Finansbank in 1980 and was appointed Group Company Secretary in 1993. Dr Reuel Khoza, Chairman of Nedbank Group, said `Gawie Nienaber, our long- serving Group Company Secretary, is retiring from the group after a very distinguished career in the Group.
