MOB - Mobile Industries Limited - Trading Statement MOBILE INDUSTRIES LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number: 1968/014997/06) Share code: MOB ISIN: ZAE000091435 ("Mobile" or "the Company") TRADING STATEMENT Mobile is currently finalising its audited results for year ended 31 March 2012, which should be released on SENS by no later than 21 May 2012. In this regard, shareholders are advised that both earnings per share and diluted earnings per share is expected to increase by between 330% to 335% relative to the 23.5 cents per share reported for the year ended 31 December 2010 ("the previous corresponding reporting period"). Headline earnings per share and diluted headline earnings per share is expected to decrease by between 100% to 105% relative to the 23.7 cents per share reported for the previous corresponding reporting period. The reason for the increase in the earnings per share and the diluted earnings per share is the gain on settlement of the distribution to shareholders relative to the amount provided in the 2010 annual financial statements. The decrease in headline earnings per share and diluted headline earnings per share is attributable to the fact that Mobile unbundled its entire shareholding in Trencor Limited on 7 February 2011. The forecast financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed and reported on by the Company`s external auditors.
