Noteholders are hereby advised of the increase of the Programme Amount of the   
Capitec Bank Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, dated 25 April 2008,("the     
Programme"), from ZAR 4,000,000,000 to ZAR 8,000,000,000 effective 15 April 2012
as provided for in the section of the Programme headed "General Description of  
the Programme".
