TCS - Total Client Services Limited - Appointment to render a revenue enhancement pilot programme to the Gauteng Department of Community Safety TOTAL CLIENT SERVICES LIMITED Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa (Registration number 1998/025018/06) Share code: TCS ISIN: ZAE000116208 ("TCS" or "the Company") APPOINTMENT TO RENDER A REVENUE ENHANCEMENT PILOT PROGRAMME TO THE GAUTENG DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SAFETY The directors of TCS are pleased to announce that the Company has been appointed to render a Revenue Enhancement Pilot Programme ("Pilot Programme") to the Gauteng Department of Community Safety ("GDCS"). The period of the Pilot Programme will be 24 months, which may be extended for a further 24 months, subject to proper tender procurements being in place. TCS will provide all equipment and systems required to make it possible for the GDCS to achieve a more efficient and effective execution of the Traffic Contravention Act, and the AARTO Act, when it is promulgated for implementation. The appointment is subject to the conclusion of a mutually acceptable agreement between TCS and the GDCS. Until such time that a mutually acceptable agreement has been concluded, the relationship between TCS and the GDCS regarding the Pilot Programme will be governed by both the Gauteng Provincial Government General Conditions of Contract and subsequent written communications. The Company and the GDCS are currently in the process of finalising such contractual matters. The effective start date of the Pilot Project will be 2 May 2012.
