Form of proxy to notice of Annual General Meeting                               
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released over SENS on 30 March    
2012 regarding inter alia the posting of the company`s annual report together   
with a  notice of annual general meeting (the "notice of AGM") to be held at    
12h00 on Wednesday, 30 May 2012 at the Company`s registered office, 1a          
Booysens Road, Booysens, Johannesburg(the "annual general meeting").            
Shareholders are advised that the form of proxy attached to the notice of AGM   
contains an error in respect of ordinary resolution number 5 as there was not   
sufficient space left for the re-election of I Brander as referred to in the    
notice of AGM. The company hereby confirms that the notice of AGM contained     
the correct details and the error only appears in the Form of Proxy.            
An amended form of proxy has been posted to shareholders. The proxy form        
included in the notice of the annual general meeting must not be used and       
shareholders must use the amended proxy form instead.
