Shareholders are advised that the form of proxy attached to the notice of AGM contains an error in respect of ordinary resolution number 5 as there was not sufficient space left for the re-election of I Brander as referred to in the notice of AGM. The company hereby confirms that the notice of AGM contained the correct details and the error only appears in the Form of Proxy. An amended form of proxy has been posted to shareholders.
